For my 3rd favorite, I’m gonna go with The Song of Purple Summer. I just love it. It’s a great ending song and is really simple and beautiful and I love that the whole cast comes out to sing it.

A few years ago, a musical by the name of Spring Awakening opened on Broadway and ran for just over two years. The musical is based off of a German play with the same name, though the play carries with it a subtitle of: A Children’s Tragedy. And that’s what this show is, a children’s tragedy and story of sexual awakening wrapped in rock music.
